Why did I create the Aurifex Financial?

Right after 9/11, I was actually in the area and living in Seattle, and I was a contract engineer. I had 5 kids at home. I literally had just bought my wife a new van or a newer van to haul all those kids around. Of course, I was devastated because after, right after 9/11, about six months later, I was laid off.

I was living paycheck to paycheck. I didn't really have all the knowledge to be able to manage my finances properly. And so, I promised myself at that point, I will never be stuck in this position again. And so I advanced my education and obtained my accredited financial counselor certification. I had to put in over 1000 hours of helping others and with this, basically, I found out, is a that lot of people were in the same position that I was. And that's what motivated me to start Aurifex Financial - to help individuals just like me, just like I was, to be able to protect themselves properly, to be able to put away and have a decent wealth foundation for themselves. So that they - doesn't matter what happened, at no fault of their own, but they they too will not ever be stuck in that position again.
